- You should also have a minimum of 750 hours of instructional experience.

- Knowledge of Civil Aviation Rules, ANOs, ICAO SARPs, and more is crucial.
- Being tech-savvy with IT and MS Office applications is essential.
- Familiarity with the State Safety Program (SSP) & Safety Management System is a big advantage.
- Knowledge of Quality Management System is also desirable.

Pay Scale: The lump sum pay package offered will be equivalent to the Gross Pay of Executive Group – 7 (EG-07) with a 5% annual increment.

- Test/Interviews will be conducted at Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta, depending on the number of candidates.
- Candidates called for interviews must produce original documents for necessary verification.
- No TA/DA is provided for the test/interview.
- Appointment is subject to CAA’s medical fitness standards.
- Selected candidates may be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan as per CAA’s requirements.
- Government servants/employees of autonomous bodies/corporations need to submit an NOC from their current employer before the interview.
- Misinformation or attempts to influence the selection process will result in disqualification, even if the candidate is otherwise qualified.
- If any educational documents or other documents provided by applicants are found incorrect/fake/bogus at any stage, the services of the selected candidate will be terminated immediately, and they will be blacklisted for future positions.
