The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), the government agency responsible for issuing Pakistani identification documents, is seeking qualified candidates to join their team as Junior Executives with Sign Language Certification.
What you’ll do:
As a Junior Executive with Sign Language Certification, you will play a vital role in facilitating a smooth and accessible registration process for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals at NADRA centers across Pakistan. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting deaf and hard-of-hearing clients with registration applications
- Communicating effectively using sign language to ensure clear understanding
- Guiding clients through the registration process
- Entering accurate data into NADRA’s registration system
- Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
Who we’re looking for:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Educational Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent qualification (equivalent to a high school diploma)
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy is required
- Sign Language Certification: A valid sign language certification is essential
- Experience (Preferred): One year of data entry experience is a plus
