Government of Pakistan has introduced a new program for special persons of Pakistan. The name of the program is Ehsaas Hum Qadam Program. According to this project government want to development the poor and needy.
The Government of Pakistan is accepting applications online for Ehsaas Hum Qadam Program, which provides financial help to needy and disabled persons. It helps such persons who are physically handicapped or who not have support family members. People who are handicapped and need monthly financial help from Pakistan government, by Hum Qadam Program.
Nadra provides special CNIC to special persons; hence a person holding such a CNIC is disabled naturally. The disability of the person must be clearly mentioned to support the officials.
The persons who want to register oneself in this program must have to check their eligibility. Eligibility criteria can be checked via SMS through a basic CNIC number. Following is the method to check eligibility and the procedure of application.
The person who wants to register himself in Ehsaas Hum Qadam Program, he is to enter his CNIC number with HQ (3630200000000) in SMS and send it to 8123. After few seconds the confirmation message will be on your phone number. The persons who are not registered in Qaumi Khushhali Survey or registered but their disability is not mentioned. Those people in such cases are “Ineligible” for the program. Those who are registered in Qaumi Khushali Survey, they should follow below steps to be eligible in the program.
Procedure to apply:
- Candidate is to send his CNIC number with HQ on 8123.
- After, visit the nearest Ehsaas Center.
- Give your thumb impression to them
- You will receive registration certificate
The authorities have fixed 3.5 billion rupees for special persons, support. Each person will receive 2000 monthly. The government fund will transfer in 300 million people. The aid will continue to cities of Pakistan.

Those who are registered as disabled but they can work. Such persons will get 4/3 share of the total amount. Each of such persons will receive 1500 .
